Delete your Slesea account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time — from inside the app, or by submitting the form below if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete from inside the app
This is the fastest way. Your account is closed immediately.
- Slesea FamilyProfile → Delete Account
- Slesea Senior Care (Professional)Settings → Legal & Privacy → Delete My Account
What happens, and when
- Immediately. Your account is closed. You can no longer sign in, your profile stops appearing anywhere on Slesea, and — for family accounts — the senior profiles you created are closed with it.
- For 30 days. Your data is held in a recoverable state so an accidental deletion can be undone. Contact us within this window if you change your mind.
- After 30 days. Your personal data is permanently erased, apart from the limited records listed below that we are legally required to keep.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email address and postal address
- Your profile photo, uploaded documents and identity records
- Health records, vitals and care notes you created (Family app)
- Attendance records, geo-selfies and face-recognition data (Professional app)
- Messages, complaints and support conversations
- Login credentials and all signed-in devices
What we must keep
- Invoices, payments and transaction records, which we are required to keep for the period set by Indian tax and accounting law
- Records we must retain to resolve a dispute, comply with a legal obligation, or establish a legal claim
- Anonymised, aggregated statistics that can no longer identify you
Request deletion without the app
Use this if you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in. We verify ownership of the email address before deleting anything, and we will confirm by email once the request is actioned.
