Every care professional on Slesea goes through a 7-step verification: Aadhaar eKYC, NCRB criminal background check, NMC/INC credential verification, experience letter verification, video interview, skills assessment, and mandatory Level 1 CareCircle Academy certification.
How quickly can I find a caretaker?
After posting your care need, you typically receive responses from matched providers within 2–4 hours during business hours. You can also search and directly contact available caretakers and agencies.
Is there a fee to use Slesea?
Searching and browsing profiles is completely free. Families pay no platform fee. Care providers pay a listing fee to be featured on Slesea.
Can I use Slesea as an NRI?
Yes. Slesea is built for NRI families. You can post a care need, browse providers, and manage your loved one's care remotely. Our care coordinators can provide daily updates.
