Refund Policy

How refunds work for subscriptions and on-demand bookings.

Subscriptions

Provider and family subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

On-demand bookings and escrow

For escrow-backed bookings, funds are released to the provider after the service window if no dispute is raised. Cancellations before service may be eligible for a full or partial refund per the booking terms shown at checkout.

Dispute window

If a service is not delivered as agreed, you may raise a dispute within the window shown on your booking. Funds are held while our team investigates.

How to request a refund

Raise a request from your booking screen or contact support. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
