Provider verification

Care professionals go through identity verification, background checks, credential and experience checks, an interview, a skills assessment, and onboarding training before being marked verified.

Badges

Verified profiles may display trust badges configured by Slesea. Badges are only applied after the relevant checks pass.

Claimed and unclaimed profiles

Some directory listings are created for discovery and remain unclaimed until the owner verifies ownership. Unclaimed profiles are clearly labelled and do not carry verified markers.

Re-verification

Verification can be reviewed periodically or when a complaint is raised. Profiles that fail re-verification may be suspended.
