Privacy Policy

How Slesea collects, uses, protects, and shares your personal and health information.

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Information we collect

We collect account details (name, email, phone), location, profile and verification documents, booking and care records, and health information you choose to store such as patient profiles, vitals, medications, and lab reports.

How we use your information

We use your data to operate the marketplace, verify providers, match care needs, process bookings and payments, send service notifications, and meet legal and safety obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Health data and encryption

Protected health information is treated as sensitive personal data. It is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3 (TLS 1.2 minimum). Access is restricted by role and logged for audit.

When we share data

We share only what is necessary: with a care provider you book, with payment and communication processors acting on our behalf, and with authorities where legally required. Providers see patient tasks only while a booking is active.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, subject to medical record retention laws. Use the in-app account controls or contact our grievance officer.

Data retention and localization

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and store Indian user data in compliance with Indian data localization requirements.
